Functional description


When the coil is deenergized, the PPRV04 allows the oil to flow freely from A to Port T. When the coil is energized, P will connect to A. The control (pressure reducing) A-port pressure will change proportionally to the current in the coil. If the pressure at A exceeds the set value generated by the coil, the overflow from A to T. Attention: The pressure of the port is added 1:1 to the pressure setpoint. 

Installation recommendation: If possible, the valve should be positioned below the tank level to maintain the amount of oil in the armature and thus avoid instability caused by residual air bubbles. Or install the valve horizontally for best performance.
