- PERFORMANCE
Relief valves such as direct-acting, differential-acting, and pilot-operated spool valves are available. Flow rates up to 303 lpm (80 gpm) are possible. Bi-directional relief valves with flow rates up to 60 lpm (16 gpm) are also available. The hot oil relief valve prevents damage to the components due to the thermal expansion of trapped oil. A pressure reducing valve with a selectable pressure range regulates the pressure in the secondary circuit. Maximum flow rates up to 68 lpm (18 gpm). When the pressure of the control circuit reaches a preset value, the sequential valve directs the oil to or from the secondary circuit. Sequence valves are available in a variety of pressure ranges to meet the logic requirements of unique circuits. The maximum flow rate is 56 lpm (15 gpm).
Relief, pressure relief and sequence valves
Respond quickly to pressure shocks
Working pressures up to 345 bar (5000 psi)
Hard-treated precision poppet spools, seats, spool spools, and sleeves for durability and low leakage
Industrial conventional valve holes – compact size
The regulator does not spin out the valve body
The adjustment device protects the spring from compaction
Selectable pressure range
