Check valves are available with a variety of springs for flow rates up to 380 lpm (100 gpm) and hydraulically controlled check valves up to 95 lpm (25 gpm). Locking valves with thermal overflow and sealed pistons can provide flow rates up to 30 lpm (8 gpm). The shuttle valve can provide flow rates up to 30 lpm (8 gpm). Low pressure (hot oil) shuttle valves are available for flow rates up to 132 lpm (35 gpm). Spring-loaded and non-spring-aligned models are available. Spool and poppet logic elements offer a wide range of functions and can be used for a wide range of applications, from controlling commutation speed to low pressure drop. These models can provide flow rates up to 280 lpm (74 gpm). Hydraulically controlled spool style directional control valves are available in a variety of flow path configurations. From a simple two-position two-way valve to a three-position four-way valve, it can be controlled by a remote control signal. These models can provide flow rates up to 265 lpm (70 gpm). When the pilot pressure is controlled, the proportional control of the PE series valve can be realized. Working pressures up to 240 bar (3500 psi). The manual spring return directional control valve is available with a poppet valve or spool construction with rotary locking. These models can provide flow rates up to 57 lpm (15 gpm). Manual rotary directional control valves with a variety of spool options enable low-effort manual operation under high-pressure loads. Spring-loaded brake release valves are available in two models. A Hall-effect spool position sensor can be used on the PD series valves.
