Hydraforce coils are made of high-quality H-class enameled wire and insulation.
The coil is built into a thermoplastic housing with 30% glass composition, providing a rugged base for the coil termination.
The thick metal around the coils increases the magnetic flux density of the coil and thus increases the power of the solenoid.
Hydraforce offers a wide range of standard connections, which are considered individually for OEM requirements for specific terminals.
The AC coil is internally full-wave corrected, so the cartridge valve adapts well to voltage, does not exhibit AC "beeps", and does not burn out due to armature offset.

Hydraforce uses large coils to reduce heat generation, which also increases the electromagnetic force and extends the life of the coil. The coil can operate continuously at an ambient temperature of 100°C.
